Nomination Criteria
- Be an African American man, age 40 or older, residing in the Greater Pittsburgh area
- Be an active professional, executive, or business owner (paid employment in their field)
- Demonstrate success and proven achievement within their profession or industry
- Serve as a positive role model who uplifts, inspires, and leads with integrity
- Be actively engaged in community service and/or organizational leadership
- Agree to have their photograph and biographical information published
- Be evaluated based on the quality of achievements and overall community impact
